You could almost say that Germans don't care. Their hard-iron faces and unwavering walks as they plow right through your shoulder seem to support this. Even the large amount of erotic shops found anywhere and everywhere along the street in the most public locations. All that is just the German culture though, they do care, but just not when you are in their way or when they need their smut. Several other lonely women care deeply about how you first interact with them, particularly they prefer a glance and smile as to being talked to and the fact foreigners are interesting and different compared to their German counterparts. It is, however, harder for foreign women to get the ball rolling with whoever catches their eye. The well being of women is another huge characteristic of the German culture.
